a customized proposal to be given to the client. Proposals include base
cost for the project, estimated annual savings, and estimated payback
years. After the project proposal is accepted, a Task Scope Document
is produced listing description of all task needed, start date, and
material removal information.

MSP produces
lighting audit reports giving details of all material to be replaced
by size and location. A Material List is provided for Supplier ordering
and Contractor purchase requirements. Contractor time is captured and
invoices for material and labor are produced.
